Foundation and basement storey wall structures
  • Bored pile foundation, cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structures.
  • Bored reinforced concrete piles are used for construction of the building’s foundation – diameter 620 mm. The pile boring depth – 19 metres, to reach the solid ground layers, dolomite. Reinforced concrete piles supported against the solid dolomite layer provide for the highest stability of the building’s structures and the boring technology does not affect the nearby buildings.
Slab structures
  • Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete
  • 100 mm rock-wool to be used for façade insulation.
Walls
  • External – cast-in-situ reinforced concrete; internal – light concrete wall.
  • Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete walls, thickness - 250 mm, combined with cast-in-situ columns. Columns of 300 x 300 mm, on top floors 300 x 300 mm. Between columns - 250 mm FIBO blocks.
  • Walls are insulated with rock-wool, thickness 100 mm.
  • Thickness of the glass façade – 70-120 mm.
  • Walls between apartments are of 200 mm thick fibo-type blocks of FIBO with plastering on both sides, ensuring sound insulation of 54 db.
  • Solution of the room partition walls in apartments: partition walls in apartments are made of 100mm metal profiles with the insulation layer of rock-wool and panelling on both sides with two drywall sheets.
Roof
  • Historic part of the building has gable roof, at the side of the yard – single-pitch roof.
  • Load-bearing metal structures supported by load-bearing walls.
Stair structure
  • Reinforced concrete frame with concrete steps
Windows
  • Glazing units in wooden and aluminium frames
  • There are external in internal windowsills
  • Internal sills in the apartments are of solid glued laminated wood.

  • Fire-resistant metal doors with veneering of natural oak on both sides.

  • There is the lift in the building up to Floor 6.

Façade
  • The decorative plaster of two colours is used for finish of the façade.

  • Plastered, puttied, primed, painted.
Floors
  • Construction of the base floor under the surface layer.
  • Parquet floor installed; tiles in the kitchen and the auxiliary room.
Walls
  • Light concrete walls – plastered, puttied, primed, painted.
Bathrooms
  • Walls tiled, floors tiled
Windows
  • Glazing units in wooden frames, windowsills.
  • Wooden frame structures of glued laminated wood profiles, stained inside, double glazing.
  • Strengthened sound insulation for the windows facing the street.
Doors
  • Entrance door of the new building – glazing of reinforced durability in aluminium frames with code door lock, video intercom and self-closing mechanism.
  • The historic side of the building’s entrance door is the restorated original, made of solid wood with installed code door lock, video intercom and self-closing mechanism.
  • Apartments’ entrance doors are made of solid wood.
Plumbing
  • Stone ceramic bathtubs, modern shower cabins and washbasins matching the interiors installed.
Air Conditioning
  • Every apartment has an air-conditioning unit.
  • In historic building, every room is fitted with a separate air-conditioning unit.
  • Every room in apartments of mansard floor has a separate air-conditioning unit fitted.
Ventilation
  • Ventilation ducts with installed ventilators from sanitary units.
  • In historic building’s apartments with planned fireplaces the smokestack contains funnels and funnel cleaning hatches.

Water supply
  • The building is connected to the city water mains and sewerage networks of SIA ''Rīgas Ūdens''.
  • Installed hot and cold water connections, installed water meters, as well as taps and mixers.
  • Hot and cold water meters installed in apartments.
Sewerage
  • Connection to the city’s mains.
  • Piping installed to each water consumption point.
Electric wiring
  • Connection to Latvenergo power supply network.
  • Wiring system installed from the switchboard to sockets, switches and outlets at the ceiling, sockets and switches installed according to the design.

Heating system
  • The building has a centralised heating supply, connection to AS ''Rīgas Siltums'' or a local natural gas heating system, a modern heating unit with meters for each apartment.

  • Facilitated in accordance with the design, decorative greenery planted, lighting.

  • 10 parking places are located in the building's courtyard, intended for the commercial premises on the first floor and will be available for rent.
  • There is a number of secure commercial car parks located within walking distance from the building.
