Procedure of Purchase
1. A preliminary agreement is concluded with SIA “Lucerna” on purchase of the apartment. This gives you a guarantee that the apartment will not be offered to anyone else.
2. First instalment of 10% of the total price. This instalment is part of the apartment purchase price.
3. The necessary documents are prepared.
4. Bank loan options are negotiated and the most advantageous solution is chosen.
5. The purchase contract is concluded after commissioning of the building.
6. The ownership title is registered in the Land Registry.
7. The full purchase price is paid.
